At KnitWarm Wearables, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, cozy products designed to keep you warm and comfortable. Due to the personal and intimate nature of our wearables, which are worn next to the skin, we have established the following return policy to ensure hygiene, safety, and satisfaction for all our customers. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

 No Returns on Sold Items

Because KnitWarm Wearables are worn close to the skin, we are unable to accept returns on any sold items for hygiene and health reasons. Once an item has been delivered and is in your possession, it is considered final sale. This policy applies to all products purchased through our website, including but not limited to clothing, accessories, and other wearable items.

 

Exceptions: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We strive to ensure that every KnitWarm product meets our high standards of quality. In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please follow these steps:

 

1. Contact Us Within 7 Days: Notify our customer support team at instagram within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective item.

2. Verification Process: We will review your claim and may request the return of the item for inspection (shipping costs will be covered by us in such cases).

3. Resolution: If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund to your original payment method.

 

Please note: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for this exception. Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.

 

Non-Returnable Scenarios

To maintain a hygienic shopping experience for all customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

- Items that have been worn, washed, or used.

- Items without original packaging or tags.

- Items returned after the 7-day notification period (for damaged/defective claims).

- Change of mind, improper fit, or dissatisfaction with style, color, or texture.

 

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us at instagram as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will fall under our no-return policy.

 

Shipping Costs

- Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for delivering your order are non-refundable.

- Return Shipping for Exceptions: If an item qualifies for a return due to damage, defect, or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Otherwise, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs (though, as noted, returns are generally not accepted).
